I have this thing hanging out of my scooter. Im not sure what is used for nor where does it supposed to hold

Why will you want to do that?? I think there are so screws that hold that in place. You have to get theme from underneath the seat.

Im looking at the maintenance table for my xciting 250 and i see that every 4000 km im suppose to adjust it. Has anyone does that? How do you do this?

12000 miles is not that much for this scooter , thats like 20000 thousand km? Ive seen more than one with over 40000km on it with no proble.Indeed bad things come all together >:(

If you want to be cruising at 70miles, perhaps you should be looking at xcting 300...

By the way, does anyone know the size from the drain plug? 16mm seems to small and 17mm seems to big...
