Hi,

I had a similar problem, I had a lot of noise coming out of my variator, the roller weights to be exact. I lubed them and now have a lot less noise.

OK Vivo, You sold me!

From your last post, you imply that you sell you own scooters, imported from China, imprinted with your own brand, and they meet your own quality standards.

Is that accurate? And if so what is your band and your website?

People 250 / What Have You Paid?
« on: April 25, 2012, 06:13:27 PM »
Hi,

What have you paid (or how much should it cost) to get both tires replaced if you supply your own tires?

1. With the wheels on the Scoot?

2. With the wheels off the Scoot?

3. Which (if any) nationwide shops will do it?

Thanks in Advance

Hey Punc052, thanks for link to the muffler!

Just a couple of quick questions involving your install.

1. What header pipe did you use? Did you modify the stock header or purchase one?
2. Did you modify the bracket the stock muffler fits on, or did you use something else?

Thanks Again

Thank you Zombie for the link,

There are a lot of mufflers on that shown ebay page. Which one or ones will fit my P250?

Thanks,

Hi,

I have a 2007 P250 and need a new muffler.

I do not really like the stock muffler, so what do you guys suggest that would be a good value and lighter weight?

Thanks in advance

(By the way, I use a 1 inch .125 thick neoprene o ring as a throttle stop, it's CHEAP and works like a champ)

General Discussion / Two Oil Drain PLugs?
« on: June 15, 2011, 09:31:38 PM »
Hi,

I read on another forum that in order to drain all the out of my people 250 one had to remove both the side and the bottom drain plug (the one holding the screen) because they drain separate parts of the engine.

Is this true?

Thanks in advance

Hey Jenny,

Why don't you offer the readers of this fine forum a 10% or 15% discount on parts or free shipping on every order like some other forums do? For example: the Scout Dawg forum.

I sounds me you'd like to drum up some business.

Think about it

General Discussion / Air Filter Glue
« on: June 07, 2011, 04:54:05 PM »
Hi,

I removed the paper element from my P250 air cleaner panel and bought some foam filter material to replace it with.

What type or adhesive or glue to I use to bond the foam into the old panel?

I need something that is strong, can take some heat, and it flexible. Any Ideas?
