I'd try two places. Either Taiwan Big Scooter Shop https://taiwanbigscootershop.com/ (I bought adjustable levers for my MyRoad 700i from them or androidextend seller on eBay (I bought some Kymco lights from him) http://www.ebay.com/usr/androidextend?_trksid=p2047675.l2559

You may not find a listing for your specific ride when shopping adjustable levers, but there are so many available on eBay for as little as $19 a pair, shipped from Asia, you likely will be able to find ones that will work for you.
Study your lever, measure the hole, etc. and search the dimensions on the listed levers. Remember - If you own a scooter make certain one of the paired levers you're looking at is NOT a clutch lever! There are a lot of "scooter" levers being sold that have a left clutch lever.

I have purchased adjustable levers for 3 scooters and a motorcycle - and only 2 of them were listed as model specific.
I've also ended up with a $19 set that fit nothing (yet) in my garage....

Takes a little searching. (and you really don't have to pay $140 for a set of adjustable levers!)

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

The Venox, being a motorcycle, has a conventional manual tranny so it's gonna have a brake and a clutch lever on the bars. Like Stig says, there's a lot on ebay; just look for ones that have a deep dog leg shape for smaller hands.

Do you not think these places I recommended have not dealt with this bike before in Taiwan? Your best bet is asking someone who has done it before and not simply guessing what might fit. What harm can it do to message them and ask?

Lol, MJR...it's just an opinion ostensibly presented in an open forum. No need to get cranky.

FYI I contacted androidextend on eBay here is his response.

Yes we have some parts listed for VENOX 250/300 model, but actually we have all the KYMCO parts if you need.
So needs ADJUSTABLE BRAKE LEVERS, right? or the CLUTCH also?
Should it be a aftermarket product or ORIGINAL KYMCO?
I will check and come back to you soon. Thank you! Natko

I sent back about need something like the Dimotiv aftermarket adjustable levers for the clutch and brake. Awaiting his response.

There are a few things listed on the Dimotiv Web site for the Venox. You can order through androidextend on eBay, they are ordered to fit the bike and you have a choice of colors and ways they adjust. I ordered just one way adjustable for my MyRoad 700i. Just tell him what make, model, and year along with style/colors.

Here's a link to the one way adjustable (6 way reach adjustment) levers he sells. You place the order telling him which colors you want on the lever and adjustment lever, and the make/model/year if the bike. He will then ship out the correct ones for your bike. You can also order the extendable/angle adjustment ones.
