I looked at the pit bike market for modifications for my K-Pipe, I replaced the 125cc after I toasted it, with a 190cc, now it's stoopid fast, hafta stiffen the spaghetti frame, get a steering damper mounted to use all the power, from a measly 8 stock hp to 17, gets scary above 60, still has more to go at 70 but I'm too scared

Well, all mods were complete minus the oil cooler, turns out the oil pump doesn't have enough pressure to get the oil up and through the oil cooler and added filter.

Big bore kit was a tough one and it won't be at it's full potential until I find a bigger fuel injector that fits, the tough part is finding the right size fuel injector that also fits the intake manifold bracket. The Kymco Spade 150 has an 80cc/min fuel injector and according to my math the optimal size with the 175cc big bore kit will be 100-120cc/min flow rate. Finding one that low in the US is a challenge. Been testing a few and they either don't fit or are too high of flow for the ECU to compensate for. But, I am hitting 68 on flat ground and my top gear throttle response has definitely improved so I'll take it.
