Well battery I at 12.6 got new ignition coil opened up the flywheel cover and found that the stator has a couple wires that have split apart would that cause it not to have spark .?

All depends what "wires split apart" means. All depends which wires.

The solid wire that's coiled on the stator. That wire is broken in 2 different spots.
