General Discussion / Re: Genuine Kymco Parts UK?

By the looks of it, its either this website, or they dont sell spares. Not in the UK anyway.

I am going to have to send an email to Kymco UK, and probably not get a reply.

Hi,

I need some spares, and have been looking at this website for a while now for microfiches, but i am after some reassurance before i go ahead and place an order. Doesnt seem as if you can use Paypal on this website, but yet it all looks good and legit.

Has anyone else used this website for spares?

Thanks

General Discussion / Re: Kymco Pulsar 125 workshop manual?

I eventually ended up buying the Haynes Chinese 125 manual, and goes through a complete engine rebuild, which should be of help during my rebuild.

Thought i would post this info here for when/if people in the future try and find a guide to rebuilding a Pulsar engine, as i struggled myself to find any information.

I now have an absolute c**t of a flywheel bolt to try and remove before i can make use of the manual!

Hi,

I have also seen these but i am not sure if a service/repair manual is going to show how one goes about taking apart the engine. Arent those workshop manuals? I have tried finding a haynes workshop manual but have had no luck :( Unless i am mistaken and the manual you have linked does show how to take apart an engine?

Thanks

Hi there, new to this forum.

I have recently acquired an engine out of a Kymco Pulsar 125. It has a faulty 3rd gear which i am going to try and fix, however getting to 3rd gear essentially requires taking apart the engine. Is there a workshop manual or similar that gives guidance to rebuilding engines? Id prefer not to dive in and hope for the best.

Thanks.
