From what I know? Old stock rollers were 30g? Newer rollers are 33g? You can not buy 30g rollers from Kymco any more, only 33g. Doctor pulley makes 31g round rollers. These would be ok to use as they are round and the same size as the Kymco rollers. Don't use their sliders. :-*

Also, never change washer or anything else around but in it's correct position as it was put together at the factory. Using stock kymco parts your belt rollers and such can last over 30,000 miles. Use non stock will often get you down the road maybe 1-200 miles before KA-BOOM!  :-* Have you not learned from me and Bongo man. We tried and failed miserably. Don't do what we tried to do when we were young and stupid. :-* HA HA, just a joke Bongo-dude.

I bet you put the inner most thick washer in back wards? It has a beveled side and a flat side. The beveled side go's in facing the motor. Doing this will screw up everything because it is not aligned correctly.  :-*

Spin off oil filter, poor out and spin back on. If still to much do so again after you let it run for a few seconds to re-fill filter. Pretty easy to do? :-*

I would first try a true gel battery, or even better a lithium. More cold cranking amps should do the trick. Kymco did not change to a larger size/more powerful battery when going to F I. The electric fuel pump draws more juice when cranking then old pump on carbed models. I think this will solve your issue? :-* Also, pop open your fuel cap/door for a second and close before starting/re-starting. If there is a fuel vapor lock issue, this should cure that? :-*

Gates are crap and won't last very long. Mallossi are to be used with their variator only. And I would not use them then. Not same size, and narrow. Gates are cogged on only one side if I remember? Not stiff enough. Stay with stock or be left on the side of the road.  :-*

Take it out and go to a car auto parts store and they should be able to match it up? If not or its a weird size, you will have to order one. :-*

Well, thats closer to 33 grams then 30? I need a new belt soon, so instead of using the 31 gram Dr P round rollers I bought, I will buy a set of 33gr Kymcos and see how it goes? Thanks. :-*
