Hello, and welcome !

part you need is #80100    80100-LGR5-E10-N1R    FENDER REAR. TIRE    $24.30

Avail. from www.kymcopartsmonster.com (a USA parts warehouse), or there is a used one on eBay for $30.

Check out the prts pix on the website to insure this is what you need. Found it under, scooter, 200cc, LIKE200iLX, tail light

Have heard one other time of this breaking.
It can be removed without removing the rear tire. Left, front screw is hidden behind airbox, loosen box and lift - look in to see the 8mm hex head screw hidden in there!

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

If it is just the small sheet metal bracket that is broken I had the same issue. Just loop a strong zip tie through the hole and tighten. Mine has lasted 2k miles without failure. If it does replace with another.  The one on the exhaust side is another issue the main ground is attached there ;)
