What does report to moderator mean

At the bottom of my post that says report to moderator I have no clue what that means I'm new here and probably need some Direction thanks everyone

That someone can report a post if it is offensive, spam, or violates the forum rules.

Anything that looks like spam or hacking is quickly reported, and removed.
Comes freq in Cyrillic alphabet.
