Go back to stock. and just stick with 5.5 rollers. Sounds like You might be have a clutch problem.

If a lot of miles on scoot replace clutch.

I had a stock 07 agilty and all I did was put a stock 20 mm carb and open air filter on it. with 5.5 Rollers And I got 40 to 45 up hills and pushing past the needle on flats.Back then you had to cut the cdi box. For more rpms. I my self don't care for sliders. Last for 11000.00 miles on it tell I hit a big pot hole and cracked the motor. At that time I just replaced the motor.

check the starter bendix. see if the teeth on it is worn down. and also the elec. starter its self.

If you know someone with a press to put it in is best. Or if you are realy good with a rubber hammer and dead on is about the only way. I have used a clamp befor but you need to be very carefull and go slow. Maybe best to take in and have it done its just one of those things that some of us cant do.

If its been more then 3 years I would just replace both clutch and vereator. things only last so long.

If you do the big bore change out everything that gos with it not just the head. I have seen so many do a half a_ _ job.thinking this will work. Other wise just get a bigger bike. I had my 50 cc agilty doing 48 to 50 on a good day and 35 to 40 up hills. with out the big bore. Not doing things right will bend your crank.....So replace the crank to.to a stronker one .

Sometimes they stretch and not noticeable. If your having doubts get a new one.thats something you don't wana go out on you on the side of the road.

Im a over cleaner. I go threw my scoot 2 or 3 times a year. Just to make sure things are ok. A clean scoot is a happy scoot.Plus its better to have all the parts that needs oiled up.and the ones that needs cleaned. As far as the transmission. You can clean out with carb cleaner. And then blow clean. the spring spray with wd 40 then let soak a few and blow clean.

I  found out a 20 mm carb with a 82 or 84 main jet works best with open air box.if you need to block 1\4 of the air box of with something .just dont use tape the sticky stuff will get in the carb.

You did good job stoping to help out. When ever I see someone in need I always try to stop if its just to ask if they are ok.
Its also good to see he was ok and siting up. great pictures. But I do wish he had a helmit on.

Gas intake screw....turn all the way in. Then back out 2 1 /4 turns. If you need to you can turn it more but dont go bast 3 full turns.

Thanks guys for all the support.  I will also start back to work monday so its going to be a rough time for my body to handle. Im very happy to be on my feet again. This is my 3 time trying to go back to work.If I cant handle it this time disability pappers are all ready in the mail......

Back in Dec.I had back surgery. Now that the nice weather is here im slowly geting back on the scoot and takeing short trips.I feel back pain after rideing for awhile so I need to take it easy and go slow .Im sure ill be back to rideing full time after a month or so.It just feels good to ride again.
