Google Ride On tire sealant. Better than slime, and will balance also. I have used it for years, never a flat. :-*

The other method that worked well for me was to pull the nail and drill the hole large enough to insert a standard automotive plug.  This way you don't need to remove the wheel / tire.

I go to the tire shop... tireman removes the tire (after removing the pipe, shock absorber, etc.) removes the tire using a machine... places a patch on the hole... places tire back and other things.... Cost? 80 Philippine pesos... or around $1.80... I love this country...  ;)

I had it worse, try a nail every week for 3 continuous weeks.

Wow, that is truly unbelievable.  In roughly 70 thousand miles of riding on my motorcycles I never once at a flat not even on my dirt bikes.  Now two flats on my scooter in two and a half years.  Maybe you should consider getting your wheel balance normally so if you get a flat you can just slime it.

What made it more weird was that they were 1.5inch long nails. Since then no more nails, guess I already cleaned my the road.

yes that is pretty strange but we must pray no more nails no more nails.  In San Diego, I'm careful about riding off the beaten path like the side of the road because it's loaded with the cast-offs from society like nails, glass and metal.
