waiting for the snow to BE GONE, and more from yager 200. love what you have done to your yager, cant wait till you do the desmodromic valve system, been reading about the different systems being developed,. just think 30 horse power in the yager,. with 100 MPG., would that be possible ? just dreaming de dee
-
- 5 C. cant wait for the sun to warm here,. went for a ride before lunch, this afternoon I am going for a longer ride + 9 C. GOOD FOR A few hours before goes back to freezing,,
-
went for a few hours ride , till my finger tips froze,. went home and changed a tire on snow-blower tractor., had enough of that ,.so this morning ordered a NOMAR tire bar, Qt. of tire gupe and the tire holder the yellow thing,. got free shipping so it should be here by friday
-
Caught a cold or a flu bug, last feb., just better last couple of days, 17 below this morning, going up to +5 C. this afternoon,______------got home in time for supper, nice day for a slow ride up to 70 Kmh., real nice way to spend the after-noon,. rode at 65 MPH. for a short while and instant deep freeze, no windshield to speak of,. only 10 inches high,. looking foreward to the next nice day,
-
Sorry to hear you have been under the weather Dedee. I am glad you are back on the mend sir. I am blessed to be living down here in the southern US where the weather is never really too bad to ride for any extended time. Just curious, have you thought of getting grip warmers? Now that I have them, I will not do without them.
-
+ 4 C. went for a 30 mile ride on the way back Temp. dropped to +2 C. , still a very nice day even with the snow that came down after I got home, we are suppose to get 6 inches of snow to-day,. I am lucky I got use to the cold in the high artic when I was young, then worked 40 years on steel and alum. siding ,. just setting me up to ride my scooters,.
-
Having constantly more than 15 degrees here at the south of Europe during the last month, so I am daily using it up and down.

Considering a DT300i, Forza 300, BV350 & CityCom for my wife's larger touring scoot (Yager for around town)
What is your impression?
Seat too low? Not enough leg room?
I've heard that alot.
-
+ 15 C. today , sun shining me eager!!!gone for a ride 150 KM. later back home ,. following some HD. at 116 KPH. for 20 miles or so,. right at 8000 RPM. fast enough for me ,. if I want to go faster it will be on the downtown,. it feels real good at 60 to 70 KMPH. sure could use a wind-shield for the cold wind,. at higher speeds,. think I will order a puig wind-shield, the change oil light came on I thought OH OH what happened, no oil preasure , then I remembered, oil change time,.
-
I'm going to have to live my love of the Yager through you De Dee. I saw on Craigslist a guy in the down next to mine selling a Yager for $1200.00. Super tempting. There's no reason to get it other than I miss my original one.

it is a wee darling , I ride every day the weather permits, I just have to raise the seat a few inches to make it more comfy, legs get in the way, of the handle bar, and I need a windshield, it is nice at 45 MPH BUT AT 60 + IT IS TIRING,. AND COLD !! I have been enjoying your vlogs, way to go !! well Happy easter and take it easy on the chocko to much eggs,
-
Thanks! Ride safe. I plan to get to the second part of our ride in the coming month. Once my teaching semester is over I'll have more time for logging footage and editing.

;D snow most of the day yesterday, left the roads wet, today +5 C. went for a ride, it seems like spring again, VERY FRESH!!!! at speed ,. first time it happened, I got a clunk from the variator, slap into higher gear, I will check it tomorrow morning ,. new belt in there I hope it is OK,
-
;D ;D the clunk I heard yesterday was caused by dust and dirt from ???? don't know ??? build up of humid dust on clutch pads, and humid dirt in bell clutch, cleaned it all and every thing is good to go, put 100 miles on scoot for a trial run ,
-
Glad youre back on the road De Dee! +5 degrees Celsius spring like? You folks up north are tough!

had a little ride today , to Massena Ny. to pick up car parts at shippitshop, from rock auto, scooter was a bit heavy going home with 50 Lb, under the seat, spent the rest of the day installing ball joints , tie rod s, disc. brakes with new pads, had to remove lower control arms to install the ball joints, top it off with new tires, the car is like new again,.
-
went for a little ride to warm up the oil before changing it, 150 Km. ride,. filled up with gas yesterday and got more water in it, gave it a shot of gas line antifreeze, hope it clears it up,. milage now is 31,200 Km.
-
Changed the oil again, ordered a Puig wind shield copyed Yager 200, and randy for that from shop@epfguzzi.com $162.99 plus $ 30.00 shipping $ 192.99 UAD. $ 263.07 Canadian
-
picked up the Puig windshield at Masenna NY. got home and installed it, 5 bolts and it was done, is it ever small beside the Givi windshield on the downtown,
-
Sounds like an easy job De dee. Does the new windscreen do the job?
-
Yes it does the job,. it is narrow thou, and the wind hits my arms, and I am tall and ahem!! slim, not holding arms close 32 "
wide, at the elbows,. and my head is in the wind too,.but it seems some of the bugs are missed, from the wind-shield, my visor is almost bug free,.
-
Glad to hear its an improvement for you sir. At least your upper body can relax a little instead of fighting the wind. I hope the weather has warmed nicely up there.
-
riding my frost - yager picking up car parts again, busted a coil spring , 2012 elantra and only dealers supply springs it seems
and they want over $ 300.00 for it, feels like getting screwed with no kiss, moog in Texas has springs but you need all the Spec.s to get the right spring , and they don't list Hyundia parts, should have bought a chevvy,. finaly bought the parts at a junk yard,. nice ride out in the country side,. good day for working, over 90 F. today,. should lose some baby fat with that heat, job done,. going for a ride again for relaxing ,.
-
8 30 am. shot ride 20 Km. got home and drain the oil , changed the filter used magnet to get the little spring in place, works perfect,. copying yager 200 I put that slippery stuff in the oil, shake foe 10 min. and pore it in, and go for a long ride 250 Km.s should do it,. boy does it make a big difference, smooth engine real fast, bike needs a new coil so I can try for high speed run, ordered new coil from dealer $ 167.47 got the right # and checked on line $ 58.25 from powersportswarehouse.com I let it go to the dealer for once,. 2nd time I got something from the dealer in 5 years, not a good customer,. too bad, but I cant afford him on my pension,
-
picked up new coil at dealer, got home and removed the tupper ware3/4 hour installed coil. check spark plug , 10 min. , install tupper-ware 1/2 hour, and out the door for a ride no more miss fire, all is good again,.
-
Glad you got her running well again Dedee! Hope the weather is nice up your way.

de dee: How did you know you needed a new coil? Did you have an error code? I might need one too and was wondering what the symptoms are....
thanks
-
I was checking for codes with the diagnostic tool, there was a few of them ,so I cleared them and tried to see what would happen with engine running and it started up and seems to run smoothly, I will have to ride it for a few miles to check it out to see if it goes back to missing, WHAT DID I DO,!!!???? TO MAKE IT RUN SO NICE,
-
I have been reading about the diagnostic tool, cyclepedia has a different one mine is a kymco unit, and the read out is not the same,.
