Yager GT 200i / Headlight cover peeling

Is anyone else having this problem? It looks like a clear coat is peeling off my headlight cover.

Crap 
Seems I waited too long to get my performance exhaust. The Leo Vince 7464C is no longer available. I've been looking online and can't find one anywhere. LV says they are discontinued. Anyone know where to get a performance exhaust for the Yager?
