...so, this Polini is 95mm...just 5mm greater than my Malossi...is it worth a try??

..how much difference could 5mm make....

Wow, notice the notches at the end of the ramps?  That is exactly what I tried doing!  I bet 5mm will make a noticeable difference.  I would think at least a few extra mph's!  The other thing to consider is you will need a slightly longer belt to utilize the extra height.

my thought is the same. Take 5mm off your belt and the difference is huge. Try wrapping 5mm of electric tape around your Malossi, and be sure it will fit first. I think that, and an orer-range clutch will get you close to 60mph.

..i have a good half inch of clearance around my variator...i was thinking much bigger....

There are a few good ideas for sourcing the parts in here too. My comp. has still got a few bugs to work out so I can't surf around too much yet, BUT I WILL KEEP TRYING FOR YOU BRO...

..it's 20 bucks more, but the clutch bell has that cool "N" cut into it...

I think the "N" is the frame shape they based the Eiffel Tower on. I could be wrong!

No Doubt! 200.00 for a full cvt is outstanding. I wish you could see it all first. Ps. I blew my belt today riding wheelies for my friends kids. It's not ALL bullet proof~

Theyre both from the same taiwanese company, only scooterworks is cheaper.  I'd go with them.  I just checked on NCY's website, scooterworks seems to be a direct US distributor for NCY, so i guess that's why they're chaeper.
