MXU / 2017 MXU 270 Parts

I have a 2017 MXU 270.  I went to order the Boss Drive for the 300 part # 22105-LBA7-900.  I have not found many places online to order parts and the dealer wants $50.00.
I am also looking for the Face Drive for the 270, can not find any place online that even lists the MXU 270.  Does the Face Drive for the 300 fit the 270? if not who online carries parts for the 270?

MXU / 2017 MXU 270 Speed restricted

Just purchased this 2017 MXU 270 not being informed the speed is restricted by the factory at 20mph.  The top speed of the 270 is 38mph.  How do I take this restriction off of this KYMCO? My son want to go faster.
