With no success I’ve been trying to find a float needle for my 2008.
Had one on order for over a month then it was cancelled .

Anyone have a replacement number in Honda or K&L ? Must be a quality part please .

Thank you

People s200 / Re: tank capacity
« on: August 24, 2018, 09:35:13 AM »
I show the capacity at 6.8L
so if the gas pump is shutting off and your Gascon gauge is not showing full, remove the nozzle a bit and continue to fill the tank a small amount at a time with the nozzle tip quite close to the tank opening to get a full tank. NOTE : always fill the tank on the main stand or called the centerstand !
As use of the side or prop stand will prevent the entire tank to be filled.

After visually checking for full tank, and a few minutes pass, the fuel Gaige should read full.
If it does not, you may have an issue with the tank gauge sender.

People s200 / Re: new to me ‘07 w/13000 miles problem
« on: August 24, 2018, 09:27:46 AM »
The sentence in its entirety:
" when i first got it, it did it once so I am tempted to think it’s a “running time” issue."

Meaning after a set period of time, coincidencidenaly the poor running began. Not by hard acceleration or higher speed running.

I am not aware of a fuel filter, as someone mentioned, is it a screen in the carb ?

People s200 / new to me ‘07 w/13000 miles problem
« on: August 19, 2018, 07:35:06 PM »
hi, my 4th Kymco scooter an ‘07 S200 that runs well, but i found that if i did few sustained 50mph runs around the “big block” the scooter appears to act like its running out of gas, then dies. after a minute or so, occasional cranking, it starts up and runs normal . i’ve drilled a tiny hole in the gas cap to improve venting but no, to perhaps slight improvement (?)
the scooter sat outdoors in mild winters and hit summers for over a year, maybe 2.
before i got it .
around the small block a few times  when i first got it, it did it once so tempted to think it’s a “running time” issue.
a confusing problem .
any suggestions on things to check or test ? the air filter is nice and clean. new battery. i use a battery tender.
Thanks in advance .

« on: January 16, 2018, 03:08:49 PM »
My 4th Kymco, 2nd 200S, my rollers are flat spotted and I want to use Dr. Pulley sliders.
No one who sells them can tell me what size the 200S uses.
Does anyone know what dimensions the stock rollers are ?
I know the stock weight is 13 grams.

You can answer here or email to : Tri750@hotmail.com
Thanks in advance .

General Discussion / Taller seat for P200S?
« on: September 17, 2012, 03:26:14 AM »
Anyone know of a taller seat from another model that will swap out with an '08 P200S?
In eyeballing it, the seat from the Ppl150 looks right. The People seat has a dip in the front while the Ppl150 is the same height.
Thx!

General Discussion / Re: How many miles do you have on your Kymco
« on: September 17, 2012, 03:20:40 AM »
I work at a dealership that along with other brands, sells Kymco. Prior to last week, our mileage champ was a lady with 13k miles on a Agility 125.
A guy then came in with a '07 or '08 People 200S with 16k miles on it! It looked rough, but was running fine. Amazing.

Not sure if it applies to the 150, but for my s200, I drilled a 1" hole in the right panel to access the shock bolt. After the tire change, I popped in a 1 dollar hole plug from the hardware store.
