I'm looking to get a People S 125 and I've been reading about top speeds between 95-110 km/hr. What's the experience with riders here? Does the bike feel stable near the high end?
Why isn't this sub-form called "People s125"?
cheers,
garth

I have one, never got those speeds out of it. I wouldn't expect more than maybe 90K. Mine is very stable, with modes I could get mine up to about 95. Speedometers are off more than 10% according to gps.

I have a 2009 People S 125 and with my 6 foot, 210 pound frame on the scooter I can reach a max speed of 95 KPH. Cruises effortlessly at 80 KPH.

I currently have only 500km on the bike so I'm still generally keeping it to no more than 80 km/hr. However, I did open it up on a flat once and hit 105km/hr quite easily. I weigh about 175 pounds/78 kilos. Didn't have a GPS with me but I guess I was actually travelling 95-100km/hr. Fast enough for my purposes.

Reviving this old thread, but sold my 2009 People S 125 some years back but just found another exact same scooter but in white and not red this time. I just had the white one up to 100 kph no problem and it went a bit faster down a slight hill. Awesome scooter for the money.
