450I wheels
« on: August 12, 2018, 11:07:38 PM »
I need new tires for my 2015 uxv 450i. What’s the biggest size have you guys went. I’m looking for a little more ground clearance without messing with the suspension. Thanks for the info.

I am gonna go with 26 on my machine, looks better but wont throw off the gear ratio.  If you go to big the gearing wont handle it and you will be burning up belts.  Now if you are willing to spend the money in clutch work then bigger tires are possible but it would take a clutch specialist to know how much bigger.

Not interested in raising the machine as I have never had a ckearance issue. However the machine definetly looks better with the 26 in tires!  Another member posted a pic of his machine with 26 on it some time back and it looked great!
