I cannot explain why from your description. The way to check any time is by not screwing dipstick all the way in. You just put it in the hole resting against the threads. This engine model requires to be level EVERY time oil is checked. I always check level when cold before ride.

All Kymco engines seem oil tight and never burn any oil. Just like Honda.

Bless Kymco and Piaggio for giving me a dipstick!
(One gets screwed in, one doesn't )
Burgman required holding 489lb scooter level with one hand, while kneeling to look in oil window....or straddle it while using mirrors!

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Of course i know i dont need to screw the dipstick all the way in. I dont if i need to check it when its cold in the morning or warm engine? In the manual its says let idle the engine few minutes and than check.. its show me different results

Yeah, I know the manual says this but not to worry! Start, run for short time even at idle puts oil up in the cam area. Since the engine cylinder is almost horizontal the oil (not really up to temperature) takes a good while to drain back into the crankcase. Your dipstick reading being low reflects this.
