Puig Touring Windshield arrived
« on: November 28, 2018, 11:30:46 PM »
My 2019 Xtown 300i----really sucks in the windshield department---offering little or no weather protection for the all season/all weather rider.   Only has one semi still air management spot---55-60mph---rest sucks!

New Puig Touring windshield just arrived, put it on in the AM.  Kymco use simple windshield mounting system, so should have no trouble getting it on.   The Hondas/Suzuki/Yamaha scooters I had, trim had to be taken off first.

With proper windshield mounted, top box for dog, Givi hump bag, scooter is ready for serious use.  600 mile check will do myself.

Nice.  Santa is bringing me a new Puig shield to fit my Like 200i, and it's gonna be so hard to wait until Christmas to install it.  Gonna look good.  Wonder if I should go full "Mod" and slap on a whole bunch of lights, too.  Nah...

Mounted Puig Touring Windshield yesterday.  Kymco has nice mounting hardware.  Heavy rain right now, so test ride delayed.  Everything fit, some diddle time to get everything  right.

Screen comes out about 4 inches higher than I like....I think looking thru dangerous, but will ride at least 1,000 miles before getting out the saw
