Well, Blue good to know that now your scooter runs at such a speed perfectly and smoothly. You also mentioned here that the electric start of your scooter was replaced. Why does it shortens out then ?

Sorry friends. Seems that I have been understood. Yeah I admit that I didn't took a look over the topic of the thread and wrote exactly whatever I saw and felt, but thanks for informing me that this thing happens daily in Taiwan.

Nominate Alex for moderator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Nah sir. I just said that in a funny way and if I did a mistake, then I confess. I am happier to be a member over here. You all know that I am just a learner over here and I am learning things from you all regarding scooters. Its just that I am enjoying to be here in this community.

Well, let's not get diverted from our main topic and that's Mononoka's scooter which is the center of attraction and not "anyone" else. Anyways, I really liked the mods done upon the scooter especially that of the blue strips over the tires. I would also like to ask that were there any mods done for the engine also, and if yes then I am interested to know about it also.

I rather guess it would have had been organised by the scooter club over there, through which these great crowd of scooter loving people gathered together for the road show. I would also have been there. I can feel the enjoyment of the people who participated in this great event.

Gosh ! These videos just drove me crazy. they just are terrible as well as adrenaline pumping. Terrible in the sense, it really requires a great courage and a great effort to perform these stunts and the people in the videos are just looking calm. I really enjoyed watching these videos as they all were interesting to look at.

Go to Stadium Yamaha, and look up both bikes. Check the connecting rod/crank/engine cases. As long as these parts are the same part numbers the jugs will interchange. You may have to monkey around with a pipe but that is easy enough.
::)

I absolutely agree with you zombie. Yamaha is best bike Yamaha R1. It is such a fantastic bike. I have provide some features of Yamaha R1 like performance and controlling among liter class sport bikes, typical inline-four engine design, good mileage and many more.

It hasn't changed for me, at least not that I noticed.  I didn't ride it too hard until I got over 900 miles, the exception being one 4 minute stretch at 60 MPH when I had to get on the interstate.

Not sure why the 1000th digit is blue other than more easily identified at a glance.

I absolutely agree with you regarding Reached a milestone today. It is also not changed for me.But you have given me milestone changes information.  SO thanks for share this valuable information.

Hopefully your engine cutting out was only a minor issue.  My first guess would be a vapor lock.  Considering the fuel tank is right above the engine and you only had a quarter tank of fuel I would imagine the fuel injector needs cool fuel circulation. Hopefully it was only a coincidence that the hot fuel from the injector made it directly back to the hot injector.

I also have same problem. You  have identify my major problem so thanks for share this valuable information about fuel tank, engine cutting out was only a minor issue and many more.

General Discussion / Re: Fender eliminator kit
« on: August 04, 2012, 01:06:05 PM »
C'mon guys, that's enough  ;D

Now Jeff, do you really need to remove the whole fender. Or you can just remove the wide part that sticks out like a whale tail. There are just several screws behind it ...

original fender

Fender after removal of the wide part...
or you can unbolt the whole fender and do this.  This came from a SYM Jet scooter. The plate holder is DIY.

Hi Vivo, I have read this whole post about Fender eliminator kit. I really need to purchase this Fender eliminator kit for my moped and scooter.
