Technical | How To / Changing the gear oil

I have a GV 250 I'm try to change the gear Oil on it i see the manual say to use sae90 gear oil all i see in the auto stores is sae80w-90 is this the same thing as sae90 ? I took the plug out today to check it the oil level and the oil started to pour out so I plug it back right away . Should it be like that I though the top plug is for checking and the bottom plug is for draining . Well I need some help from you Guys Please .

Can someone help me with a oil change what type of oil should i use it said in the book to use 15w/40 is this something i can get at autozone . is it reg auto oil or is it motorcycle oil or something

I notice that when starting it i have to turn the gas a little is that normal .

The guy I brought the bike from told me that he had the oil change done at 500 miles and has not change it since then it has 2400miles on it he said dealer told him that his next change is at 3000miles . guys think it should be ok

Hey guys I found a used grand vista 250 it's a 2008 the guy had cents JULY OR AUG while he had for about 6mos or so he want 4500 but offer him 3500ad has he said yes what u guys think u that and it has 2500 miles do anyone know if the warranty transferable so give some feedback guys and guys it's red .
