Agility 125 / Picture Request: CVT Cover
« on: July 10, 2011, 07:18:29 PM »
Hey, I'm looking to buy a CVT cover as the scooter I bought from salvage was missing this part. I'm looking at this one here:

http://www.scooterpartscatalog.com/gy6-engine-crankcase-cover-164-116.html

but I wanted to confirm fitment by seeing a picture of a stock cover from a A125.

Thanks!

Agility 50 / How much mileage is too much on an engine?
« on: July 01, 2011, 04:03:15 AM »
So I am being offered a Kymco 125 motor from a a125. The bad part is that it has 4k miles on it. Would you rebuild this motor before you put it in a daily driver? By rebuild I mean crank, crank bearings, rod, top end, etc.

Agility 50 / Post a picture(s) of your Agility 50!
« on: June 23, 2011, 02:43:49 AM »
Post up pictures of your agility. Also post up what mods have done.

I'll start this one off by whoring my stock agility I just picked up. Don't mind the complete mess in the background  :-[

All I have done so far is remove the decals and the rear splash skirt.

Agility 50 / Tomos ST vs Agility 50 vs others
« on: June 10, 2011, 04:32:50 PM »
Hey. I'm looking to get a scooter/moped to use as transportation while going college. I will be riding in Albany, NY. I have ridden a moped before but never a scooter. I like the idea of the bigger wheels of the Tomos ST. It has similar performance and price as well. I'm looking for something that doesn't require a motorcycle license (tomos lx and agility 50 do not need this). It seems from researching that both are able to reach about 45mph with mods.

I know there will be a bias here but what is the reason that you guys chose a scooter over a similarly priced moped?

Thanks
