Was looking to buy a used Zuma 125 and found one but it was sold the night before. The dealer showed me the Super 8 150x which was only $300 more and was 2017 vs the 09 Zuma 125. I always been a yamaha guy for 32 years but the Super 8 I was shown was pretty nice looking. Anyone had both or experience with both?

Super 8 150X is the US model based on the Agility platform. It has a carb vs. FI. This is good and bad. It provides more flexibility to work on it yourself if that is your thing, but can be a little more temperamental. Ultimately, it is a very solid proven scooter platform.

Thanks Tseg. I really like a lot of the things that has and I actually found a used 2015 with only 1023 miles on it so its virtually brand new. Might go take a closer look at it because it saves me about $700 to $800 over buying a new 2017 version which is the same. Another nice thing it has already had first service and everything adjusted on it so its ready to go have fun on.

Pick whichever one you like the best. They are both quality products. I have owned numerous Yamaha's. I also have a 2009 Super 8 with over 28,000 miles on it and it still runs great.

Wow 28,0000 miles that is awesome. Very good to know. Appreciate the info.
