Hi All,
I installed the Technigas Silent Pro on the 2015 Kymco Super 8 50R and it seemed ok at first but then I noticed that it seems to be getting louder and louder at the front of my scooter. I did use a new gasket when installing as well and everything is tight. Any ideas why it might be getting louder? What else can I do?
Thanks

I have a new scooter A Piaggio BV 350 sport, and as I put mileage on the bike it sounds louder ,. just past 3,000 Km. and it is a lot louder,

Louder at the FRONT of your scooter?
Might be tight, and with new gasket.....but are things fitted correctly under there? Misaligned? Broken pipe?
I often use a camera to get a better look at things in a awkward area. Download to Dell and edit for a good look at things.
Perhaps nothing wrong - and you're getting annoyed now by loud pipe?

THE SOUND HAS A LITTLE BLATT SOUND, but not as loud as a H>D., at idle,. it comes from the exhaust only,.

Hey Stig,
Yes the sound is coming form the front. I didn't tighten everything till all screws and nuts were in place just like the instructions said. Will try and take a pic with my phone and see what I can find. Just wondering if maybe I should use a gasket, plus some type of rubberized gasket in a tube to double things up.

with high temperature I would not use rubber , it burns

You can buy sheets of exhaust gasket material in various thickness and most FLAPS or online in a pinch.
I bit of a pain to cut and shape, but since you get a large sheet there's plenty of room to mess up while getting it just right.
