Scooter Wash Day

How many of you guys like to keep your scooters washed and clean? I keep my scooters cleaner than my truck. Got out Sunday for wash day. Here's my babies.

All looking purdy. I try to keep all of mine pretty clean. Most folks are pretty surprised when I tell them my blue B650 is a 2003 with 45K miles on it. Fortunately the bugs aren't real thick out here or I'd have to do a lot more cleaning.

Interesting, my SW is an 03 with about the same mileage. Most folks think it's brand new and they're shocked it's 14 years old.

My first scooter was an 05 Burgman 650 and was brand new. I had no money and bought on a Suzuki credit card at 25 percent interest. A year later I had paid little on the principal. Luckily I sold it to a friend who paid off the note to keep my credit. Ever since then I've bought used and paid cash. I've seen a number of SW's on CL selling between 2-3k. I got mine for 1900.00.
