I took the splash shield off and inspected the wheel with a flashlight, Nothing was rubbing. Stupid question but I think my balancing beads might have something to do with it.

It is really weird, so when my scooter is on the center Stand if I spin the tire by hand it spins and then stops midway through its rotation. I am going out later and will try to take a video

Hello everyone, been a while since I posted last. Hope everyone is having a good holiday season.

I was inspecting my tires today on my center stand and decided to spin the back tire and noticed something odd, the tire spins and stops halfway through it's rotation When the scooter is off Nothing is binding and the brake shoes are adjusted with enough clearance. When I start it the back tire does not spin, however when I manually spin it the tire spins then stops halfway. Could it be possible that I am needing a clutch shoe change? I am almost at 13,000km and the shoes are OEM. Other than this everything runs fine.

Yeah - no, the number of pages in of a service schedule are not an indication of how long Kymco thinks your scooter will Live!

I printed out the kymco service sheet and have kept detailed records of everything that I have done to my scooter since it was new at 400km. everything from oil changes to valve adjustments

I normally jsut use a carboard box to put over the seat as well as over the plastics to prevent fading.

constantly, More of my left side compared to my right since I ride slow. Always watching out for tailgaters who are in such a hurry to get nowhere important.

I would never thought I would have come this far with my scooter. Currently Im at 11,300 Km and my scooter still runs like a dream. However on the maitnence sheet  it maxes out at 12,000 KM. Im assuming that is what kymco sees as the maximum milage for a 125cc. I plan on riding as long as I can and will probably eventually doing a rebuild once the engine finally wears out to the point of having no compression. Question is should I continue to follow the maitnence log once the milage stpos or should I start over?

General Discussion / Clutch shoe replacement

Hello everybody so recently I noticed that my clutch on my scooter is not grabbing like it used to. Seeing is that I am at around 10,000 km I decided to pull the CVT cover off and have a look. To my surprise the roller weights Were still perfectly round and the face of the variable was still Relatively smooth. However when I pulled off the clutch bell I noticed that the pads were worn. ( about the thickness of 3 credit cards) would it be a good idea to change the clutch shoes or should I change the whole Assembly, from what I read online it is very difficult to remove the nut holding the shoe and the contra spring.

my agility just hit 10,500 KM and is still going strong. Nice to see their are some other kymco Bikes that are well maintained.

Just took a compression reading on my agility and it read 150PSI. Does anyone know what the average reading for this type of milage is? currently Im at 10,665km

Vision, I know this topic is an old thread but when you Opened up the instrument cluster were you able to access the needle for the gas gauge. Reason why I am asking is because my gas gauge when my scooter is off reads below E and I think it has something to do with the position of the needle moving. Im assuming I hit a bump or something that caused it to move out of place.

not like when I was still working, putting 20k+ miles on my car (a couple years, in the 40k range) AND putting 30k-35k on my SV650 at the same time, one year I spent $3500 in tires for the SV alone while my bimmer, a 320i, had 100k Michelins on it and never put tires on it in the 4 years I owned it
Normally I put all the miles on my scooter and let the car sit. Right now I ride to work five days a week on a twelve mile commute both ways. My agility right now has about 10,300Km.

I would love to put an aftermarket exaust on my agility 125cc. Only problem is that I can not find one that is a direct bolt on. Custom exaust that do fit cost around $500 and that is not something I want to spend.
