Do I have bad fuel economy?

I love the bike its primary use is highway commute in the summer time. currently My Honda Fit Car is getting better liters per 100k. I have just rolled over the 10,000km. I have had the bike since 1,200km. when I first got the bike I was averaging 350km a tank before the fuel light came on. Now I'm only getting 200km before the light comes on usually take 11 liters to fill once the light comes on. I primarily use ESSO supreme 91 octane. in the last 2k the air filter and the spark plugs have been changed. my local shop says bike runs fine but mine is the only kymco hes every worked on( shop is journeyman certified) kymco no longer has a dealer or certified service shop in saskatchewan .   I live in saskatchewan canada and have no hills on my 75 km commute. no it's not my right hand i cruise between 90-100km. what are you guys getting ?  this is my first bike Is this something that is normal ?

That's a really significant drop, and it's definitely using too much gas. Something's not right.

I have worn out Venox 250 EFI made 2007.
19.000 kilometrage.
Recently used Shell Ultra 100 octane.
When low fuel light lit, waited extra 30km and filled to the max. 10,88l entered into supposedly 14l fuel tank, after driving 278km.
Much to my surprise this is 3.92l/100km or 60mpg.
Sunny weather 30+ Celsius >=86F large Polish city, flatland.
Commuting 2x6km daily in large city, every odd day 40km trip in random places around city, revving to the max after each light, but on lnger straight I like to run on reduced RPM+higher gear (for sound and economy).
Using synthetic Shell 10W40 and Liqui Moly Motorbike Oil Additive MoS2 125ml 1580.

Check tyre pressure, lubricate chain, change engine oil to something fresh then measure fuel consumption by noting on paper true fuel quantinty on gas station, then recalc using kilometrage counter. Understand that low fuel sensor is in itself inaccurate by 1-2l.

so I have a 2007 kymco venox with about 21000 km on it.  I have put in 87 octane regular fuel and I average about 60 mpg give or take on either side deponding on how I am riding.
