Some upholsterers will remove the seat cover and trim the foam to give the bike a lower seat height, if you look around there are some who are highly regarded in this.

Hmmm i like foam... But i think i'd rather be able to plant my feet on the ground.

So status update on my a50; just brought the scoot over from my friend's garage to the outside of the dealer.  Waiting at a nearby starbucks until they open.  Going from garage to the dealer was extremely embarassing... And to add insult to injury, its pouring rain.

Okay, so the dealer took it back for repair and its under warranty so i didn't have to pay them anything.  (sigh of relief).  They said it should be ready by tomorrow, and hopefully it won't be raining and no more problems!

BTW: Has anyone tried taking those stickers on the front off?  Those side decals.  They're kind of ugly looking but i don't want to take them off if they're going to leave a nasty sticker residue.

I'm glad the dealer is taking care of you, as they should!  The stickers should come off fairly easily.  Try a heat gun or hair dryer to soften them up.  WD-40 works great at removing the sticky residue!  Keep us posted on what the dealer finds!

LOL, yea i want to take the back ones off too, for that very reason...

I'm excited to get my scoot back tomorrow, i feel like an excited school boy...... And oh yea, i've got my new variator boss and some rollers coming in on thursday, as well as gloves with knuckle armor and a jacket with CE armor for back/elbow/shoulder.  I like to be safe  :)

Nope, they seemed almost identical in size.  However, the a125 has a one piece seat so it doesn't have the back rest that folds up.

Anyway, called my dealer today to see what's up with my scoot, and they said they haven't even gotten to it yet... Majorly disappointed at their service.
