replacing head
« on: March 26, 2014, 04:45:23 PM »
Hey guys long time no post.....
My oil line cracked. therefore I need to replace the head on my "94 zx Have the head is there any place where I can find some help in previous post? Where is the best place to get the oil line, other parts ? (i don't even know the size of the hose or where it goes to from the carb) Is there anything else i need to check for while I have the head off? I may as well replace the other plastic hose that's on the carb. but after that I have no idea what to do. any help would be appreciated.

If you bring the line to any auto parts store you can compare it to the other tubes they have on hand and you can buy however many feet of it you would like.

Currently:
2012 Kymco Like70
72cc Malossi BBK
Dell'Orto PHBG 19 AS Carb
52 Pilot Jet
92 Main Jet
W7 Needle, 40 Slide
2T atomizer + bushing
Tecnigas NextR Exhaust
TinyTach in Headset
2011 Kymco Like50 (stolen -> recovered)
PM's OK!

lost the line. but i do have calipers to measure the I.D. There are two oil lines that go into the to of the carb by tne needle. I need to know where the other end goes to from the carb. By the way its the left oil line. also how much compression should i be getting?
