450i bolt pattern

are our wheels 4x110mm like Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha ?

or 4x115mm like Arctic Cat ?

110 is standard for most, however Arctic Cat (made by Kymco) is 115, there are hub adapters available to convert the 115 to 110 if necessary , but I don't want to spend the $$$ and I found a set of spare wheels & tires for a Yamaha Grizzly and trying to figure out if they fit

with the wheels on the 450, I measured , but cause the hub stick out I was really just eyeballing it and came up with 112 which I know is wrong

  Kymco builds their utility UTV's and builds their drivetrains for the single cyclinder engines but the wheels etc on all other models are not Kymco built. They also supply engines and transmissions for Kawasaki, Polaris (their small cvt units) a few for Suzuki and up until recent years some for Honda, but when Kymco started marketing in the US it pissed Honda off so they stopped getting their stuff. They are the largest producer in the world of cvt type engines and transmissions, Kymco produces about 80% of the scooter market that is road worthy.

scored a spare set of wheels and tires today on craigs list  $150, came off a Yamaha Grizzly.  tires are in decent shape, wheels are perfect, no dings or scratches (yet)

   But....have you tried mounting them on your machine and see if the offset is correct? They have to clear the steering arms and the disc brakes.

have them mounted now, offset is the same (or at least within a mm or 2) they appear to have slightly better clearance, but that may be an optical illusion, the Dunlop KT425s are noticeably narrower than the Kymco's stock Maxxis, even though they are the same size

center hole of the Yamaha wheels is slightly larger, the Kymco dust caps are not big enuf
