And Stig, for my purpose, i agree. I may ride it until the all new re-designed 2016 Honda cbr500r comes out. Its to be revealed tomorrow!!!  But the cbr500r, imo, is perfect! ninja 650, 40-45mpg, cbr500r 60-70, both have same tank size. And from what i heard, the cbr500r is alot smoother and has a slightly nicer fit & finish? IDK?

Hi everyone, how are you?  Thought i should let yall know that i sold the 2013 Kymco Agility 50 for $900 and bought a...................2014 Kawasaki Ninja 650 with 3K miles for $5500 (Matte black/grey).  I think its derestricted 8)  Has fender eliminator kit, led brake light with intergrated turn signals, and 2 strips of led lights going down both sides of swingarm as well as lights by the engine.  Its fast!! Almost too fast hehe. But thought id let u kno.  ;D

Agility 50 / Re: Is derestricting CDI safe for the motor ??
« on: August 22, 2015, 04:32:31 PM »
Sutai is the only company I know of that builds in that rev limiter. That CDI linked is a China copy of the Sutai so I do not believe it will be limited. While it may not be a performance cdi it will act the same as the unlimited CDI.

You do have a point there... With yours being de restricted, there will be no advantage to swapping yours for that one,

I got confused on the year of your bike.
The 2013's do have the Suitai D411 30410-LBD6-E00 2013.FEB CDI's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agility 50 / Suitai D411 CDI????
« on: August 22, 2015, 02:23:11 PM »
My 2013 A50 has a Suitai D411 CDI with the numbers 30410-LBD6-E00 2013.FEB on it.  Isnt this the same restricted one for the older models?  Does anyone know if I could cut it or where to get a high performance or unlimited cdi for cheap that'll 100% fit and work?  My trucks fuel pump went out and now I have to use the scoot again to get to work for a week and would like to get up to 40mph instead of 29mph.  Have till Monday.  Would be nice just to order a high performance on overnight?  If I indeed need it or not?

Could you do me a favor and look at your cdi and tell me what numbers it has on it?  Mine says, Suitai D411 30410-LBD6-E00 2013.FEB.  Im thinking this is the same cdi as in older models so I might be able to do the cut?

Heres a link that might be useful?  Tells you to remove the air intake manifold washer restrictor.  Besides that, you may have to up your jet size and make sure you have a smooth boss drive.  And as for the cdi, im not sure if its even limited like the older models.  I have the 2013 model and still haven't messed with it yet cuz im broke main! LOL, i'll get around to it someday?

I don't want to just bash it, but they are just more Chinese version of an agility, that they kinda make look like a super8. I'm sure they'll be fine, but to me the gauges and a lot of the bike look cheapp with the fake chrome and everything.
Darn it, im disappointed to hear that.  I thought maybe theyd improve year after year but I guess not?  what did you mean more Chinese version of an agility?

General Discussion / 2015 Kymco Super 8 150R/150X/50R/50X !

I went to my local dealers website today and to my surprise I seen the new 2015 Kymco Super 8 150R!!!  I totally didn't even know these where coming out!!  It literally got me all excited!!  It looks like a Super 8 had sex with an Agility and BAM, a naked baby!!!  I always hoped for the Kymco Agility RS 125 Naked and that's the reason im excited about the 150R because it looks similar!!  This made my day!!  But, there are things I slighty dislike about it, 1. its tail lights, I didn't get a good view on it but so far I kinda dislike them a little bit.  And 2. the gas mileage, estimated 57 mpg with a 1.3 gallon tank?  That's it?  70 would be better. And I guess Kymco will never put in fuel injection or liquid cooling, I suppose to keep the price low? But yeah, did anyone else see this scooter?  Theres hardly any pictures for it and theres no walkaround on Youtube yet.  Lovin it though so far, hafta get one someday.  (also, I knew Bettinanlosin mentioned these scoots for the 2015 lineup but had no idea theyd look like that!)

Well that was awfully nice.  Where is zombo anyway?

I thought 12k-20k applied to 50cc's only?  Chinese 50cc: 0-12000 miles, Name brand 50cc: 20,000+ miles.  I read this somewhere.

Just squid it! Or layers.  8)
