I found the little collars , (package protectors) as kymco calls them, but I still need the little heat resistant washers. I am trying to put my plastic cap back on the end of my muffler. It is a 2007 kymco agility 125. Anybody have any idea what material those are made of , or is there something else that I can go buy local. I know metal ones will melt my plastic. it is some sort of material that doesn't hold heat. it is almost like really hard felt. I have one but need 2 bolts and the 2 washers.

I have found a almost new super 8 150 engine. How could i tell if it would work. I tell ya it looks like it would from the pics but that doesnt mean sh^&. It is missing a cvt cover and i would have to use my variator and clutch plus my cvt cover. I swear it looks like my cvt cover would fit righton it . What do i need to measure to find out if it will fit? Does anybody know or has anybody done this swap.

I have had a little trouble with my scoot. It was my mistake and i know what i did wrong now but here is my question. Is there a washer or spacer of any type that is supposed to be between the variator and the engine case. I just want to make sure there is nothing missing off my scoot. I know there is a permanent type space on made on the crank shaft right at the casing but is that is. I hope youguys understand what im asking. I got my spline on my crank shft fixed and my new variator and fan assembly is on its way but i just want to make sure it is right this time. Boy have i learn alot about these little cvt setupe. I almost fubared my scoot.

I told yall i screwed up the very tip of my crank shaft splines. Well i went to pull the fan off and it would come back over the end very easily and i ended up having to break it to get it off. My variator is fine but im gonna go ahead and get one cause there is a scratch on the face of it . So is there a spacer or anything that goes between the variator and the engine case. I know there is a kinda built on space on the crank shaft but i just wanted to be sure that was it. Im not putting it back togetehr till its right this time. How do i know if the aftermarket variators will work. Some say they will fit and some just has a size in mm. I found a prodigy performance variator that has the teflon coated ramps for $99 shipped. Does anybody know anythiNG ABOUT THESE. I need to get out for about a hundred and if the teflon coated ones arent worth the money then im just gonna try to find a stock one. Dangit i almost screwed my scooter up!!!! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

« on: July 28, 2011, 03:39:41 PM »
I will get this picture uploaded mario g. The forum will not let me right now and other guys are having the same trouble. I know its not 80 but you said 65 was tops so here is one at 74mph. I am really running 70 mph by my wife car but still its faster than 65 mph. I had to back off before the 80 mph mark but i will get you a picture of 80 mph as well , just give me some time. Its kinda difficult to take a picture on a tiny scooter running 70 or 75 mph and drive with one hand , watch the road, and keep from crashing.  Ill get the pictures upload as soon as the problem with the forum is fixed. Sorry ive been so ugly towards you but a lier is one thing im not and never have been. Im on here to share my true experiences and thats it! im not on here to be doubted are argue with any body. If you are one here to fight and belittle people then please dont reply to my posts cause i have a terribloe temper and dont what it flamed anymore than it has to be.

Agility 125 / Need a new belt! Wheres the best place to get kevlar?
« on: July 13, 2011, 11:24:43 AM »
I got my sliders in and the bike gained quite a bit over all. I was hitting 68 to 70 on a small hill that i ride every day. Its just a tiny slope but almost level. No im hitting 75 to 80 but when i get it that fast i think my belts is flapping. I have my original belt and the scoot has 16,500 give or take. It only does this over 70. I doint know what it is but i know my belt has to be stretched a little. Im kinda wanting to try a kevlar 795x19.8x30 is the size i was told to get. Does anybody have a good place they bought there belt or belts from? Thanks for your time.

Agility 125 / GOSH i am such an idiot!!!!!!!!!
« on: July 09, 2011, 11:39:11 PM »
I was putting in my dr pully variator sliders today . Its the first time ive ever worked on one of these but anyhow i work on cars and bikes every day. I was putting it all back together and i slid the variator on with my hands and it slid right on (i thought it did ) They i put the fan on and bumped it just a little with the impact. Put the cover on and it was right. The fan was hitting the cover. Took it apart and realized the real fubar i had done. I guess some how i crossed the spline. I had to take a gear puller and pull the fan back off. The only harm i done was on the very end of the splines. I have had to fine two big washers to make up the space and then put the little washer on top and tighten it down that way. Im not going to be able to have a kick start until i figure out how to fix it. I gotta atleast get it where i can change my belt without so much trouble. i just dont want to take the variator off now cause i afraid the spline wont line back up at the very end. I feel like a friggin idiot cause i told myself as soon as i saw the splined shaft that i was going to be very careful. I dont know how it happened but if anybody has had to fix this without replacing the crank then please shoot me some advise. I never used the kicker but sure as hell i will need it now. Thanks everybody for your time.

Agility 125 / Magnetic oil plugs
« on: July 08, 2011, 11:29:42 AM »
Ok they sale a kit and ive also found a guy that has earth magnet oil plugs. I dont get what comes in the kits. Doe anybody have these on there agility 125. Im thinking in the kit it comes with magnets to put on the plug. Ive saw pictures but cant get much more info than that. Does the kit comes with magnetic bolts or magnets you have to put on like a washer. Does it comes with a gear lube drain plug too. If anybody has bought these please explain. If you could let me know where you got it as well. Thanks and sorry to ramble.

« on: July 07, 2011, 03:43:05 PM »
I have a performance exhaust i want to put on my 07 agility 125. The header is just a little bigger in diameter and the muffler does have baffles in side and it just basically has a bigger hole on the end and looks a heck of a lot better. What im wandering is if it is going to cause me trouble. Has anybody changed there exhaust on there agility 125. i know when you change exhaust that alot of times you have to rejet. Ive heard some guys say they didnt and some said they did, but ive not heard from anybody that has an agility and that has does this. Just give me you thoughts please. Any tips you have will be greatly appreciated.
