Is the following true?   "Also take care in knowing that insurance policy can be breached if you de restrict the bike."

Agility 50 / CDI Restriction

If I cut the wire in the CDI to remove the restriction, but don't do anything else, how much faster can I expect to go? This is a 2015 KYMCO Agility. Thank you.

Agility 50 / Very Hard starting after overfilling gas tank
« on: October 31, 2016, 01:36:58 PM »
Without reading the instructions thoroughly, I overfilled the gas tank. The result, as the directions imply, is that I can't get this thing started. I siphoned out a little gas but this was no help. What is my next step. Just let it sit and let evaporation take it's  course?
Thank you.

The scooter has been in a locked garage all winter. No one had access to it and no one took it for a ride.

I will not have access to the bike for another week. At that time I will check the oil. Thanks for the advice.

Agility 50 / Gas is evaporating or leaking
« on: March 31, 2014, 01:20:55 PM »
I parked my KYMCO Agility 50 in an unheated garage (with plenty of openings for the wind to enter) over the winter with a full tank of gas including stabilizer. When I returned 4 months later, the gas tank was empty. I filled it with gas and everything ran fine. Did the gas evaporate over the winter or do I have a leak?  Where should I look?
Thank you.

Thank you. Taking the grip off and sanding and lubricating seems to have worked.

Agility 50 / Throttle cable assembly
« on: August 06, 2013, 02:13:48 PM »
My Agility 50 had a frozen throttle cable. I replaced the cable it now moves freely as it should. However there does not seem to be as much tension on the cable as it should so it does not always return to the idle position when the hand grip is released. It doesn't seem to stick, the least amount of pressure causes it to return to idle but it shouldn't need this added twist. I have sprayed the spring at the end of the cable (next to the carb) with penetrating oil and it doesn't seem to be stuck. It just needs a little more strength. Any ideas?
Thanks

Agility 50 / Stuck throttle

I have an Agility 50. Sometimes when I start it up, the throttle sticks in the open position. If I remove the cover, etc, I can access the end of the throttle cable and release it. Then it works fine. I have sprayed with WD-40 but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions.
Thanks.
