I will probably stick with the stock air intake. I have the stock #80 or 82 jet from when the scooter was new. The bigger #85 is in it now. i changed that when i changed the boss after break in. I might take the stock 80 or 82, cant remember off the top of my head, and drill it out to an 88. I have  a shop at school i can use to do this.

if no after market filter or bbk, why have you gone bigger than 82 on main jet. keep it to 82 untill you get the bbk. then try 88.

keep us up dated on the bbk as i have my eye on that narkau 72 kit. keep thinking of going bigger.

i wounder how does the emitions work on a scoot mot. surley a bbk would change the emitions. would you be able to pass a 72cc kit off as a 50?

Emissions are nothing to worry about in kansas...yet! As long as it says Agility "50" on the title thats all that matters. since from the dealership it came with a smooth boss and 85 jet i put them in after break in. I gained 7-8 mph with smooth boss and jet. It doesn't run rich either thats why i run it.

I will keep updated on the BBK. I recieved it in the mail yesterday, but unfortunately won't be able to put it on until i get home for break and have the tools to do it there. Hopefully in a week it will be on!

No way they could or would measure the actual displacement from the exhaust accurately enough...

The only thing that counts is your carb setup, it should be running a bit lean for this test, just like the stock 50cc setup does... Luckily the emission requirements aren't as strict for scoots as they are for cars nowadays   8)

Hi all,

Will this fit on Kymco Agility 4t 50cc from 2009 ?

http://www.petrogallimoto.com/shop/en/gy6-engine/1951-m5-naraku-jets-10-kit-from-80-to-98-4250362416834.html

I am not sure is the main jet had to be m4 or m5. Somewhere it says that on older agility it is m4, but on newer is m5. I don't know if my agility from 2009 is old or new :)

Thanks

My scoot came with the bigger jet and boss also. But I got me a 20mm carb and put in and a 85 jet.
I just switched the boss with a new a better carb. and a kng plug wire.
