givi windshield

New at this, so forgive me if this has been covered---I am the proud new owner of an '09 500.  I love the scoot so far, except for the $135.00 90-day inspection & 600 mile service (679 miles in three weeks).

My question is for either or both TeamTEOR or bond007.  Your pics look like you have added a GIVI windshield.  From what info I can gather,  the '05 is the only model listed for it.  Do you know if it will work on the '09 as well?  The stock one is great now in North Alabama, but this winter I'm sure I'll need a little more plastic in front of me.

P.S.  The dealer had no idea about this.

Try  scootertrap.com it shows the GIVI in there sight and you could call them they might know. Good luck with the new scoot.

Thanks, I'll look into them.  In your opinion, how do these stack up against the Givi?

i have that windshield on my '07 500 and it fits with the exception that the mirrors hit. so it reduces your turning radius. i manage just fine.
