bogging when cold?

2013 kymco agility 125 scooter boggs out until it gets warm doesn't take very long(10min)  but just wondering if this is common?

Some engines take a brief warmup time of about 30 seconds to a minute before you can ride off gently. Don't press a bike hard when it's cold first thing in the day before the engine has had time to warm up, get lubricated and tighten up its clearances.

Pull out the auto choke, and check to see if it is working. It has to move at least 4mm to be good.
If it does not move test for +12 volts w/ the key on but the bike off.

Yours may be stuck in the "warm" position or the carbs choke circuit may be clogged up.
