My scooter is white and I wear a jacket and helmet that contains red as I noticed that the two colors together stand out pretty well during the daytime.  My open face helmet is red with a white centre stripe.   At night I have a yellow hi viz vest to wear over the jacket.

Not a problem :).  It's interesting to see what other countries regulations are.  In the state I live in you can ride a 50cc with a car licence but in others you need a motorcycle licence.  I do have a full motorcycle licence.

Surprised that they didn't come out with one model, a 150 instead of two relatively close ones.

Thank you for that reply, appreciated.  Not sure if you think I am from Sth Africa (Ubuntu Land of Micheal Tellinger) but I am an Aussie.   When I purchased my 125 there were no 200i models there but I have been finding the 125 has plenty of power for city traffic but was curious about the fuel injection.

Cheers, Paul.

General Discussion / GPS
« on: July 26, 2016, 12:25:03 AM »
Does anyone here use a gps.   I was looking a either a Garmin or Tom Tom motorcycle gps but the price is so expensive so I fitted one of waterproof cases from ebay and use my older Garmin gps.   Works well enough to get me where I need to go even with it's limitations.  When going slow in the traffic I can just hear the directions.  Years ago Garmin had a gps especially for scooters, Nuvi 500 which had a good mirror fitting but must not have been popular enough as they discontinued it.  http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/151972844779?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Wish that last photo was a bit clearer, would like have a better look at your helmet.  Is that a cover? and if so would you have a link to where they are available.

So Stig, is that the stock Kenda tyre on your Like at the moment.  I have been wondering how sticky they were compared to other brands.  I have ridden my Like a couple of times in light wet weather and felt no grip problems but don't want take any risk either.  This is the wet weather gear I keep under the seat for when the rain really gets heavy.

No worries,  will get some photos tomorrow as it is night now.  Now I know why there isn't a section for the 125 here.  :D

To the OP, I have just bought a new Like 125 and noticed the same noise as you are describing.  Was going to get it checked out but if you are getting it as well then it is probably normal.

Hi all, new Like 125 rider.  Just wondering if anyone here has ridden both the 125 and the 200i as I am interested how they would compare to each other as there does not seem to be too much difference in power between them (6.9 vs 8.5 kw) but the 200i has fuel injection so does that make it run smoother?

Hi guys,  I just purchased a new Like 125 but before buying it I was really interested in the Honda PCX 150 but the price was just a bit out of what I wanted to spend and the Like had a lot of good features for the price and I have been enjoying riding it.   The matching helmet in the Vespa photo looks great.
