Downtown 300 / Any help for me on my agility 125?

Agility 125 / 2008 Agility 125 no spark

Any help for me on this scooter? It's my daughters and she needs it for school. It crapped out yesterday and the first thing I did was gave it a shot of ether and got nothing. So I pulled the plug to check for spark. Nothing. I put a new plug just to be sure and nothing. I checked the 2 fuses that are by the battery, but they seem to be good.
