so how does that ebay variator stack up againsty the high dollar ones? my engine is stock and i was thinking about getting the same race variator off ebay. if im only looking for more top end will this help?

I dont think so, the ramp plate is modified to improve pick up, I doubt it would increase top end. I do like it though.
