In my daily work, I am facing so much non-professional behavior and corporative bs it is sometimes hard to comprehend.

Finally, I work for company in oil and gas sector, I am not their SHAREHOLDER. I exchange my work for money, to earn living.
That`s it, nothing more or less. Similar to prostitute.  ;D

p.s. BP is now in spotlight, but, trust me, there are companies with much worse corporate governance than BP. Much, much, worse. It`s just that spill did not happen to them (yet).

i did hear this a.m that ping pong size tar balls are washing ashore in texas this a.m.....        yeah, i would say that you do see ALL sorts of b.s....    ;D ;D ;D prostitute..lmao.   guess we all are that way

Hi, allegedly, it was just a few liters of those tar things, so they think it could be unrelated to the spill, but originating from some ship. US are lucky because it happened offshore, in the ocean. My country is a sea-side country, but the sea is almost a closed/locked system, with entrance that is 85 km wide at its narrowest point. If something like this happened here, we could pack our things and leave, as there would be no natural biodegradation, compared to the ocean, the sea is shallow, there are no streams/currents that would disperse the spill etc. Furthermore, my country is completely insignificant compared to US, so they would bother even less to fix it.

I wonder what exactly is doing RIGHT NOW, risk assessment department in BP.
