some 1st generation LIKEs not avail in USA
« on: January 22, 2024, 11:57:29 AM »

Scooter with a few chrome bits - and with the FACO crash bars (Italian after-market ?) Poor design of these FACO's has them secured to the 'skin' (plastic side panels) of the scooter.

"Ornamental only" crash-bars on this full custom.

another nice custom from the Philippines

The Philippines has some very active LIKE clubs! (facebook)

Yup, they love their scoots in the Philippines.  The DTX360 fb Group is dominated by them.  Only about one in three posts is in English!  Great pictures though.

Does anyone know the function of the 1" pipe thingy mounted on the front of the floor of no. 4 down (red on red with gold spokes)?

I bet the owner of no2 down likes mustard.

Those are too pretty to do everyday errands on...unless you love cleaning it.

Asian riders like those highway 'pegs'....ala HD's and "hogs'
Might also have something to do with the height of most Asian riders.
And.....you'd be surprised at how clean a LIKE keeps itself in foul weather. I've commented on this before with my LIKE200I.
And, the intake for the airfilter is tucked away so as to keep the airfilter amazingly clean.....for thousands of miles.
