I don't have any experience with removing the engine from a 700, but I know on my RZR when I removed the tranny it was easier to remove the front tiff to gain room to slide the driveshafts out. Not sure if that'll help.

In my 450i service manual it shows removing the diffs before removing the engine, or at least one diff so the engine can be slid back. Not sure if that pertains to the 700 or not.  For 50 bucks you can get a factory service manual either online or a hard copy from "Cyclepedia.com"

Cyclepedia leaves much to be desired. If anyone knows of a better manual please sound off.
