Dining room table full of Kymco body parts.
« on: August 21, 2021, 09:52:01 PM »
Temperature finely dropped from 100F and high humidity to mid 80's and low humidity for one day, next week back up to 100. I started taking all the body panels off the People 200S to touch up the paint and re-dye the black plastic.  So far today I have the black plastic done. I took  it to the kitchen sink and used soft scrub and a scouring pad to make sure I had a clean surface for adhesion. Took it outside to dye it

Went down earlier today to my Kymco dealer and picked up a box of parts I had ordered. Everything came in but the two items I need the most. I replaced both brake levers (bent) and will flush the brake fluid.

Will work on touching up the painted surface and compound the paint tomorrow.
In parts 200S and Grand Vista and my motorcycles 2 CS BMW'S and one GS BMW.

Sold-32 Kymco scooters of various sizes this summer.

Might be a little bit but will chip away at it.  This is one of those scooters the more you dig the more you find. I noticed the headlight lens is cracked and a little cloudy.  Might just try some plastic polish on it.
