I watched a video of someone riding their bike all over their house from when they wake up until they go to work (riding practice for this kind of stuff). That included riding into the bathroom to wash face and brush teeth, then riding down the stairs to fix and eat breakfast at the counter. All while sitting and balancing on the bike. Notice the tires are way under inflated in order to facilitate grabbing onto the edges of the obstacles.

I ALMOST did something like this the very first time I rode a bike solo. It was a Honda Trail 50 and my friend let me ride his bike up a steep hill and for just an instant there I was balanced on the rear tire near the top... right before I fell over and the bike tried to take off from under me.

I love trials riding I started later in life because of high speed get offs were not an option anymore. I’ve found that trials riders are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met . In North America it is a small community of very dedicated people who love there sport . Scooter people are also a small group but much more diverse since there isn’t really much skill involved to ride a scooter. I have found that the REAL scooter riders a much more interesting group. I look forward to going to Maggie Valley to ride and meet other enthusiasts like me . If you can make it to BTH this year do it or go were there are enthusiastic scooter riders it is time well spent

I don't have the coordination for trials, but I love to watch it, especially in the wilds, going places I couldn't even get with a Rokon

"Trials" riding.....like the old b/w videos of guys creeping over logs in woodsy creeks?
Put feet down lose points...that what we're talking about here?
I used to love watching those guys in Europe and the UK doing that stuff. Back in the 60's, creeping along muddy forest trails like those we'd run our cross-country practices on in France.
Speed never has been of any interest to me ....
