Downtown 300 / downtown not standing still

hi all,
when the scooter is running and i have stopped on a level ground, if I'm not holding the brakes, the scooter want to move forward at a low speed.
i have replaced the belt, rollers ,sliders last week, for maintenance.
Clutch lining thickness are in tolerance.

do anyone order belts from a reliable seller?
maybe a Taiwan website?
or maybe can Recommend on a good aftermarket belt?

dt 300. 2014. 30K km.

I change at a garage the belt+weights+ rollers in 20K km.
in the israel service manual - need to replace the belt every 10K KM.

what do you say?

the front tire is 3 years old.
the back one is 2 year old.
the previous owner replace them i dont know when..

hello!
i want a Torque Wrench to work on my brakes and my Variator, and possibly on my spark plug.
i seen a TEKTON Torque Wrench.

i can choice 3/8 or 1/2.

the brakes torque data is 35 n-m and 18 n-m.

the Variator torque data is 94 n-m and 54 n-m.

rear wheel is 120 n-m (this is the highest torque setting on the down town.

spark plug is 17.8 n-m.

what is the most recommend torque handle?

The bulb was burnt, so I changed it, it did not help.
I checked the seat switch, it's OK.
Is there a fuse for the lighting under the seat?
I hope there is no problem of wiring
I would be happy for anyone who could advise!
