Sparking woes
« on: September 30, 2016, 06:06:25 PM »
Hi. I'm new here so please be gentle with me.
I have a Agility 125 that kept stalling. I traced the fault the ground lead. It had broken but was intermittently connecting so the bike would run and then stop...
I fixed this and my bike fired up . I then stopped the bike to put it back together.
When back together it wouldn't start... I have found that ther. Is no spark. I tested the ignition coil and ht lead. They were fine. I have power coming from the stator. I was checking the Cdi, and two wires fell out. A purple/black and a black/blue. I wasn't sure what way they went back in but I assumed it was Purple top left and black bottom left if the little clip is too the left...  I still have no spark but now I'm not sure if I have put these wires in the right place... Anyone know if I have done it correctly or not... Then I can get back to the sparking problem... Cheers

Reverse those two wires and see if it works.
