Position lights converted to ultrabright LED
They look very good through... :))

Today i received my parts from ebay polini variator and motul oil 10w40
Tomorrow im going to install the vario by a mechanic of scooters , is a big day :P no more limits 50km/h is not good option for such a beast !

After install of polini vario there was like 10% increase of acceleration and no more than 60km/h even downhill...
Then i cut the cdi box restriction and the performance was better for 25% and takes 60km/h(37 mph) easier and top speed is 65 km/h (40 mph) against wind today , and downhill not more than 70km/h (43mph)
Mechanic told me you dont need to change the oil its in good condition you can do that after a month
maybe i'll have better performance with motul oil specific for 4t engine !

I had some time this weekend and the polish is done
as far i asked some people who make polish they didn't recommanded me the polish machines because the plastic gets hot so i had to do myself by hands and a little cloth
yup maybe a little boring but the results are the way i wanted the scratches are by 60% gone and they look much better than before because of hand washing scratches...
I bought a Abro Polish it was one of the most expensive in the store
There's more work to do with other parts too...

So as i said the reflect is noticeable , if you are having the same issue polish it
i finished my scooter yesterday now its complete and happily working again :p
i also polished the speedometer plastic and the results were very very good it had a
lot of scratches but not anymore the clarity is much better
checked valve clearance but it was 004inch/0.10 mm and didn't need to adjust
anyway it needs some more work ,new  brake fluid , engine oil , transmission oil , and new rear brakes...
