Title: what did you do today on your GT300I

I installed sliders, cvt belt, oil change and pulled the front wheel so a shop can put on City Grips.  The sliders really smoothed it out.
Title: I rode yesterday

58 degrees and mostly sunny. A little brisk when I started out but, got nicer as the day wore on. All in all, a good ride.
In the near future, i'll need to do what you just did.
New drive belt and sliders.
Rain moving in. Guess I need to clean my dirty scoot.
Yesterday while riding, I had two guys come up behind me riding motorcycles "cruisers", on a long curvy highway.
For some reason I decided to have a little fun with them. I cranked the GT. They came on fast. Finally I ran off and left them behind. I came up on a police car in front of me and had to slow down. The guys on motorcycles caught up.
When I turned off, I gave them a wave and they gave me a double toot.
Bet they were wondering what kind of scooter would run like that.

Beautiful, sunny 80 degree day, so just cruised the beaches.

Way too much snow, ice, and road salt around here to even consider riding. I did hook up my battery tender again to keep the battery charged up. In a couple of weeks, I'll get the oil and filter changed, then it's up to the weather. I'm ready!

:'( I got my first ding on my scooter.   Four days of rain softened the ground causing it to fall over on the rhs.

Just a little maintenance today. Took apart the entire CVT for inspection, removed the DR Pulleys and revert back to OEM. Also removed rear CVT and scuffed up the pads to remove the glaze for better grip.

Decided to clean up behind the engine while my new Pirelli tire was being installed.

I rode from Montgomery, Alabama to Auburn, Alabama.  I took I-85.  It was a good trip.  I rode 70 to 75 mph most of the trip.  I could easily increase my speed to 80 when I wanted to pass someone.  What would you do to get just a little more power out of this scooter?
