Title: paint codes for kymco

Does anyone know where to get the paint color codes for a 2007 people s 200 blue? A large gust of wind blew the wifes scoot over and scratched up most of the body panels. I found a place that will paint it but they need the color code to match the paint..

Any good paint supply store should have a color scanner. All you have to do is ride the scooter to the store and the paint guy will bring a small hand-held device out to your scoot and scan the color. Then he can plug it in his system and mix as much color as you need. These scanners are very accurate now. They also eliminate manufacturer color variations. Plus, if your paint is faded from age, even slightly, you'll have a better match than a straight code mix. Good luck.

Would the touch up paint be the same color? Why not ask the dealership? Touch up bottles should be around $10.
